This sake is made with "Fukuda Farm Rice (Kame no O)" grown by young local farmers, Fukuda Farm, using the "Minoru Method" which involves reducing the number of plants planted in the paddy and encouraging strong roots. It is a pure rice sake brewed with 60% polished rice, with no origarashi and unfiltered.
It has a refreshing taste that is easy to drink in the summer.

Producer/Brewery ( Gunma Prefecture / Matsuya Sake Brewery (Ruka) )

Founded in the late Meiji period, the brewery moved to Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture and established its company in 1951. Based on small-scale, handmade production, the brewery manages every step of the process to bring out the vibrant fruity flavors.
