当蔵では、2020年より耕作放棄地を活用した農業への取り組みを進めており、そこで収穫された原料を仕込んだ「自社栽培シリーズ」を展開しています。今春には「池の露 ムラサキ芋」を発売しましたが、それに続く商品として、今般、安納芋を原料とした「池の露 安納芋」が発売されました。

Producer/Brewery ( Kumamoto Prefecture / Amakusa Sake Brewery (Ikeno Tsuyu) )

This shochu brewery was founded in 1899 in Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture. While it is said that there are not many breweries that make shochu by hand, starting from koji, they are committed to making everything by hand, including koji making, and they also produce the rice and potatoes that are used as ingredients in-house, demonstrating a strong commitment to "handmade x agriculture."
