カブト釜蒸留器（チンタラ蒸留）を使い、非常にゆっくりとしか蒸留できない、昔ながらの蒸留法でつくった少量生産の「池の露 SLOWRY」シリーズで、もろみの旨味を丁寧に引き出し、深い風味が楽しめます。

この「SLOWLY 紫芋」は、原料芋として、2026年にようやく軌道に乗ってきた自社栽培の紫芋を使用。鼻に抜ける香り、あっさりとした味わいですが余韻に深い味わいも感じます。

Producer/Brewery ( Kumamoto Prefecture / Amakusa Sake Brewery (Ikeno Tsuyu) )

This shochu brewery was founded in 1899 in Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture. While it is said that there are not many breweries that make shochu by hand, starting from koji, they are committed to making everything by hand, including koji making, and they also produce the rice and potatoes that are used as ingredients in-house, demonstrating a strong commitment to "handmade x agriculture."
