The "Ikenotsyu SLOWRY" series is produced in small quantities using the traditional distillation method known as chintara distillation, which allows for distillation to be carried out very slowly, and is characterized by its unique depth of flavor and distinctive aroma.
This SLOWLY is made using the famous Kogane Senkan potato, and is characterized by its well-balanced aroma and flavor. It's fun to compare it with Ikeno Tsuyu (regular).

Producer/Brewery ( Kumamoto Prefecture / Amakusa Sake Brewery (Ikeno Tsuyu) )

This shochu brewery was founded in 1899 in Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture. While it is said that there are not many breweries that make shochu by hand, starting from koji, they are committed to making everything by hand, including koji making, and they also produce the rice and potatoes that are used as ingredients in-house, demonstrating a strong commitment to "handmade x agriculture."
