The "Ikenotsyu SLOWRY" series is produced in small quantities using a traditional distillation method that requires a very slow distillation using a Kabuto kettle still (Chintara distillation), carefully extracting the umami of the mash, allowing you to enjoy a deep flavor.

This "SLOWLY Beni Haruka" is made with Beni Haruka sweet potatoes, known for their elegant sweetness, and has a gorgeous aroma and a taste that is reminiscent of sweet potatoes. It can be enjoyed on the rocks, with soda, or with hot water.

Producer/Brewery ( Kumamoto Prefecture / Amakusa Sake Brewery (Ikeno Tsuyu) )

This shochu brewery was founded in 1899 in Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture. While it is said that there are not many breweries that make shochu by hand, starting from koji, they are committed to making everything by hand, including koji making, and they also produce the rice and potatoes that are used as ingredients in-house, demonstrating a strong commitment to "handmade x agriculture."
