Collection: - Aged sake -

Aged sake is generally considered to be aged for more than three years, but there is no established definition yet, including the aging method.

Since sake does not have an expiration date, you can enjoy the complex, rich, and unique aroma that comes from aging, and comparing it with fresh sake will also broaden your ways of enjoying it.

At our store, we will be introducing our unique products, including those that have been aged at ice temperature in our own refrigeration facilities.
