This shochu brewery was founded in 1906 in Minamisatsuma City, Kagoshima Prefecture. They use high-quality sweet potatoes and rice that are almost edible, and by shaving about 20% of the sweet potatoes, they are able to produce a clean, crisp shochu without any unpleasant flavors. They use luxurious ingredients and are committed to producing shochu with the utmost care.
